Probably also make sure the pic's a JPEG format and not too big.

Although send us the, um, "compromising" photos just in case, so we can see whether they might be "corrupting" the rest....

Ming doesn't look transparent to me. His mask is definetly opaque.
Thanks for the photo hints. My favorite pic was too big. I had to settle for the laughing shot.
