It is important to maintain one's center of gravity over one's feet, to prevent toppling.

Imagine the balancing this specimen must manage while, say, eating dinner.

As her food makes its way through her Beak, a voyage akin to the Chunnel but hopefully not taxed accordingly, picture her neck straining ... her legs flexing ...

I think that we're talking about this bird eating berries... but none the less she could probably fit into her own beak if a storm came along... that's of ccourse if she hadn't been nailed to the perch - unless we are talking about one of our sexy members... At any rate, look at the gams on that bird!

If the center of gravity is important, that explains why women have big b u t t s. That is squarely centered. Now big b o o b s would throw even a toucan out of balance.

Sometimes I see people in the street that shouldn't really be able to keep their balance. Must be a certain technique - like waddling.

We have some which are so bad, they're collecting random stuff into an orbit around them, like a moon.

not real shur but id be willing to bet that this tucan is a male

I think your right, tumbleweed. Because the toucan in the picture has a very large... beak!
Note from wikipedia:
However, the bills of female toucans are usually shorter, deeper and sometimes straighter, giving more of a "blocky" impression compared to male bills.
