Ouch.... !! (LMAO!!!)

Yes, for the "culturally deprived", it is indeed the Emperor Ming ("the Merciless") on the Planet Mongo, sardonically played by Max Von Sydow, from the Flash Gordon movie (in the 80's remake). His look goes back to the "Fu-Manchu" influenced villain from the original series back in the 30's, and first played by veteran character actor Charles Middleton.

But mostly I just like the combination of sci-fi, pop-culture, the retro styles, and a certain campy sensibility about everything (including earlier notions re: "good" and "evil").

Re: names "demonic", I always thought simply "The Adversary" had a nice sinister ring, kinda like "You-Know-Who" or "He-Who-Must-Not -Be-Named" in the Harry Potter series.

BTW, as far as movie devils, they don't get much "hotter" than Liz Hurley in Bedazzled! Contract in blood?.... no problem, quick, where do I sign?!
What's that, that Flash is holding behind his back? Could it be the "Adam and Eve" catalogue?

If you want to stay on topic, pick a quote from the catalog. I bet the item descriptions are very interesting!

That's a great idea, but I don't have a catalogue.

Ok, here's a quote I can't believe I actually heard.

"As sure as the stain on Monica's blue dress".
