Mooning for sure, and no alcohol is needed for that.

Oh yeah, I have been flashed plenty, and I am not sure about the alcohol on those occasions. Maybe it was the car I was driving.

I haven't done either, although I was present when my uncle mooned my parents - sort of. He had this little doll that stuck to his car window and when you pushed a button, he dropped his drawers. I think it was called a "Moonie." Needless to say, my parents were not impressed and my sister and I almost died of embarrassment. If we hadn't been too tall to slide onto the floor in the backseat, I'm sure we would have made every attempt to disappear from view. Disapproval radiated from my parent's car all the way to wherever we were going.

Just about any one I have works pretty good. None of my cars are hard to spot. Never liked driving a cookie cutter that looks like every other car on the road.

I have mooned while cruising down the road... right out the back window actually... I don't think we stopped laughing for an hour... the friends I mooned laughed harder.... I've also streaked, though when I was very young and foolish... that was probably the fastest I've ever moved.... I guess it was more of a flash than a streak, though... maybe a streak of light

As a mother of boys, I have seen the moon more times than I care to remember. What is it with boys that showing their butts to the world is so hysterical???

As for being flashed, I was flashed on several occasions as a young girl by different men and it frightened me. None of those experiences were pleasant. Those men probably all should have gone to jail.
