My fav baked goods is Nestle Toll house cookies. Baked by yours truly. I used to put a little mint extract in them. I'd bake some tonight but unfortunately the oldest minion residing in my household has cockroached the chocolate chips to put in his yogurt.

Though I do make darned good pumpkin pie, too. Not to mention a decent pecan pie, too.

LIT, I always think of you when my oven pilot light goes out...it's a very fond memory....

Pumpkin Cake. Nice moist recipe but if I make the thing now, I'll eat it all myself and I realized today how big my waist is getting. (darn changing room mirrors!!)

9 kids!

When my mom made pie crust, she used to make these little cookies with cinnamon in them out of bits of dough that she didn't use...Mom didn't make pie very often, so it was a big treat...my sister and I would fight over them...
