OK so while I was playin on FB the other night I was also watchin a nerve wracking movie called 'Last house on the Left'

Have ya seen it? Ya should if ya aint yet.

Anyway so I get done watchin it, an playin on FB an put my mother's dog in his kennel an take my pup with me to my room. I couldnt get to sleep, everything seemed creepy, so I try an try to relax, thinkin bout my guy friend an his surprise visit, an tossin an turnin this way an that.
Jus as I start to fall asleep, my mom's dog 'bubbles' starts to bark his fool head off!

Well he only does that when someone is on the property.

I'm home alone, an he's barkin. *que my G.I. Jane mode ! (comando) I got my protection aka a pistol*

I stalk up the steps in the dark, I go down the hallway in the dark, I creep through the kitchen, yes in the dark.
I get to the back porch door (its a big sliding glass door) Bubbles is still goin hay-wire, I take position an flip on the light!

Nothin there?

What?

Bubbles is still flippin out an I follow his gaze to .....

ya ready?

ya sure?

It was a dag blan Ratcoon!
It was FAT I mean HUGE! Like bigger than my pup!
The size of a medium dog or large pup. Anyway
Its sittin there jus a eatin bubbles' dog food I'd left on the
porch. I go to throw open the door an scare it away, the
door got stuck, it looks up at me like, 'hey darlin, hehe thanks
for dinner!'
Then waddles off the deck.

What a night?! I looked at the clock, it was almost 2AM.
I go back down stairs after hushin Bubbles, an left the back light on
an couldnt get to sleep. Last time I looked at the clock it was almost 3AM an I was still awake, then the next thing I know 8AM came an I was hearing someone bang on my front door, or so I thought when I came awake.
I'm thinkin I was still dreamin cause when I went upstairs again, no one was there ...

not even a ratcoon.

So thats my goofy thing of the week.
I hope ya'll got a smile ... or laugh ... somethin outta it.

I also wish you all a wonderful weekend, I know mine should be lol

With you being commando, that ratcoon must have had a big smile on his face, and blushing under all that hair.

Yes, but the rest of us got deprived from seeing that site. LOL

Besides, a pistol don't hide much, but makes it where one would not take the time to really look, but sounds like the ratcoon did take the time to get a good look. Either way, sounds like an interesting site.

Ha! Thats funny. I bet it was an interestin site for sure. lol
The dag blan ratcoon wasnt in any hurry at all, looked up at me
then casually waddled off my porch.

Welp, my pistol wouldnt cover much indeed, in lookin back,
I'm kinda glad that there wasnt a person, actually on my porch
I probably woulda been blushin to bad to fire the gun.

This way, it stays between 'bubbles', the ratcoon, an myself.
Thank goodness for that.

Bubbles. Its my mother's dog. She didnt have a thing to
do with his name. He was originally my brother's wife's dog.
An he didnt care for her lyin bout how much it cost them.
So my mother ended up with it. Well its a lil more complicated
than that. But oh well.

Bubbles. the lil fluffy fur ball. Malteese.
