I saw these in a Korean market today, and I just HAD to take a photo to share with you all. The photo says it all.

Where's my let's be JADED!

CCM didn't include the photo of the golden curry he found for me. Somehow we got one box of this amazing golden curry mix in our pantry and I made it and it was beyond delicious and I have checked every grocery in our area and not found it. I am so excited! I'm back in curry! (It's S&B brand Golden Curry) The curry isn't expensive or rare or anything. It comes in this little candy bar thing and you just add it and WHAM... you have curry, some of the most delicious I've ever eaten. I had lamb curry with lots of carrots and onions and I've been CRAVING it ever since. Ah well, in 2 weeks, I'll be in Michigan and I can have it!

Two more weeks? Hope you have a wonderful time with C and all the kittycats, too.

Btw, your avatar is very lovely photo of you, Auntie. Makes me envious of your weather and sandy beaches.

How are you feeling? Have you updated us on your progress? Did I miss it? Do tell. Do tell it ALL.

Here's an easy curry recipe. I mean, not genuine curry, but uses curry and it's good. It uses leftover ham. Take some celery and onions and garlic and green peppers and saute that in a little olive oil. Then add some cream of anything soup - I usually use celery - and a little milk to thin it out, and toss in some leftover ham, salt and pepper, and add curry spice as much as you like it. Heat it all up 'til it's bubbly and serve it over rice. Damn tasty, it is. I do the same thing with leftover chicken too. :-)
