calligraphy and i often write it in 3-D... i once replicated mount rushmore.. lincoln's beard was the hardest.. it was quite a thing of beauty, until we had that warm spell.. didn't seem to have the same majesty as a puddle...

Not so easy if you're a chick, but it helps to wear a skirt (or less) and write in cursive.

Not that I've EVER tried...
