dulce de leche.. sweet of milk..

if you buy it in a can it is very sweet, thick, caramelish condensed milk..

now add it to ice cream.... with a little caramel, or nuttyish flavored caramel drizzled over it...

it doesn't suck..

Today I have dulce de leche gelato, which I'm using to make sandwiches with those thin little gingersnaps called Annas...

Those doesn't suck either.
