LOL - are you saying we've all lost our minds, Corky?
Well, I can't speak for you guys (and gals), but I'm pretty mindless when I'm here.....

Yep, that's right. Yesterday I went with my daughter to a garden center to get winter flowers for the garden pots. Afterwards my daughter bought us a coffee there. She asked the very young girl for an espresso for me. She made one, looked at it and said, "is an espresso supposed to be this small? You can't give your mum such a small coffee, I'll put in an extra shot as it doesn't look like much." I got half a mug of espresso, drank it and my heart started beating like I had run 5km in a very short time and I started shaking. Dang, that was good coffee
Aha - yep. I did that to myself once, I was drinking coffee shots, not realising that they were quite literally a teaspoon of coffee mixed with maybe 2-3 teaspoons of hot water. I walked around bug-eyed for a while there! I agree though - great coffee!

Some of us don't have any other option at the present time. Why else would we be here?

Depends what I'm doing.
If I'm home I stretch out on the couch, and put some music or mindless TV show for background noise.

If I'm driving, no caffeine allowed in my life. I roll down the windows, turn up the volume on the stereo, while either singing or talking to myself.

When I'm tired, I fight it.....because I'm usually at work when it hits me and drooling on my desk would be frowned upon.

I'm not really sure why I haven't taken up drinking coffee yet?
I thought drooling was a becoming trait for a woman, lol!!! I guess it's not so good if you get your papers or keyboard wet though.
