Apparently I've just turned into sage.

I think I'd rather be rosemary, since it has so many medicinal properties.

Or thyme. We could all use more thyme, couldn't we?

What would you be?
Thyme and meat go together quite nicely. Sometimes it takes time to figure out if you can look forward to hamburger ( someone who has been thru the meat grinder and still shops at the meat market ) or a wild game lean roast in a slow cooker....sigh.....With just enough heat to get your juices flowing.

I was going to say cinnamon, but I think that's more a spice than a herb...I love the spiciness along with the sweetness & it always reminds me of good times...

So if I have to choose a herb, perhaps thyme & sage, another pair of warm & inviting scents that remind me of good times had...

They are both. Most spices are herbs. They have medicinal properties as well as being food.

If I were a herb, I'd be lemon thyme. You think rosemary smells great, just brush your hand over lemon thyme....aaahhhhhhhhhhh! Relaxing, clean and delicious.

Now if I want to be in a bit of a spicy mood, I'd be cilantro. It has quite a bite to it.

OK, I'll be rosemary. I forgot about that one.
