I didn't have to cook dinner if I didn't want to and could have a bowl of popcorn for dinner instead.

I don't have to answer silly questions like "why do you have so much ammo for your machine gun? When are you going away again? Why do you sleep with a knife and gun under your pillow?

Nag, nag, nag, next thing ya know a girlfriend would want me to "throw away" my grenades!
