I have come to the realization that the John B. Stetson Hat Company owes me money. Ever since the Chicago meet and greet, John B. has gotten mucho publicity via having beautiful women sporting the Stetson Center Dent Panama Hat. Those avatars featuring lovely models looking oh so sexy are bound to increase sales. Not to mention, melincali, bigfincat, and, perhaps sexiest of all, propa wearing the "yarmulke" version of the hat (common among Equadorian Jews) as shown in the various photographs heretofore posted.

That's MY hat John B. You owe me!

(Proceeds will be shared with the aforesaid models and photographers responsible for posting said marketing photographs.)

That is all.

I was financially challenged! Tell you what....you send me the hat. I'll take a picture and post it. I'll send the hat back (disclaimer; unless I really, really like it in which case all bets are off).

I have a black vintage Stetson around here somewhere. I love it.

I say you use the proceeds to fund the next Chicago M&G.
Or, have one here in Texas where Stetsons are the norm.

I have a black one too for the winter. They make fun of me in the office. Too bad for them I never get to where my genuine Navajo bolo tie with it.

I won't be sending you the hat M, I know I'll never see it again. I like it too much. Even if it did look better on everyone else!

Aw, c'mon, Zal. If you can't trust a Monkey, who can you trust?

And the hat looks great on you, too.

"who do I trust? Me! That's who!" (Al Pacino as "Sonny Montana", Scarface.)

But seriously, I do trust you..... I quote (well paraphrase anyway) "I'll send it back to you. Unless I really really like it, then all bets are off".

See?
