Now ... the kitchen surfaces should be clean ... 'cause they're going to get all dirty throughout this process.

I roasted some shade grown Ethiopian Yirgacheffe last night. City+ roast. It's lovely. I also made pizza dough when I made the dumpling dough. I'm making BBQ pizza tonight.
