On the heels of LBMM's thread, if I had a bunch of extra (virtual?) money, I'd take all my virtual friends on a virtual vacation.

Where shall we go? What would it be like there and what would we do once we get there?

Why not grab a block of suites on a cruise ship?

That sounds like an outstanding idea Roger!!! I've ALWAYS wanted to go to Tahiti! I may never come home if I ever DO get there!

New Zealand....a bit of trekking and road-tripping broken up by spa visits.

I'm not much for cruises...I prefer to get there and start doing things. I know they say the journey is the important part...but I don't think that's always the case : )

Although, I would never say no to Hawaii or Tahiti, either!

Stay in a stateroom with a balcony. Open the door before you go to bed and allow yourself to drift into unconsciousness from the sound of the waves and the slow roll of the boat. You'll wake up feeling like you've slept a million years to a plane of beautifully undulating sapphire as far as the eye can see and the crispest, most fresh air you can breathe.

Great idea! I'm not a big 'cruiser,' but I've known of groups and/or families who do this annually. I think the key is to bring large ice chests full of various alcoholic beverages and have adjoining balconies and tunes. Let the party begin!

Oh Captain....
We have decided on New Zealand as the next port of call after Tahiti.. See to it please..
And one other small thing, make sure the masseurs see to it that the onboard spa is well stocked, Ms Little Blue wishes to rejuvinate on the way.. As will some of the other guests I am sure..
And please make the passage as fast as possible.. Thou shalt not dally..
