That's a good definition Laced.

I also think p00py-head applies to someone who has never practices the custom "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything."

Yes, I agree -- I always try to keep my comments encouraging, and make the effort see the good in everyone. Even to the extent that everyone is 'innocent until proven p00py-head.' LOL
