Dear compadres...I am having a possum day. I am weary of job-hunting and house work and being brave. I am going to go back to the princess bed, curl myself into a tight little ball under the comforter, and try to dream myself into a slightly better frame of mind.

Would someone please write down my dreams in case they slip away from me in the long twilight between that world and this one? Perhaps there's a clue there. Perhaps it will just be entertaining.

Perhaps I'll be back later. : )

I wish I could. Instead; I'm listening to my four year old constantly ask me, "why can't we go see my daddy? What about going to my nana's?" and he's prolly laid up in bed with some loose woman and ignoring me when I ask him when he wants to see Nate anyway.

I could have done that today, except I had Hay Man coming, so while I waited on him I finished digging out the new border of one flower bed and seated the edgers. THEN I planted a whole big hineyload of marigolds and zinnias (seeds) in the new bare spots. Then I crawled around on my hands and knees plucking cosmos and morning glories out of the grass on the OTHER side before I dig it up and make THAT bed bigger. Then Hay Man came and Crazy Horse decided to go out the gate and down the road, so I had to follow her and take her back down the other driveway and back into the pen. Then to my girlfriend's house for crab legs and prime rib and shrimp and twice baked taters and brownies and ice cream for my birthday (late). NOW I can vegetate in my bed for the rest of the night and catch up on my rest! Have any good dreams, Madame Monkey? Now that I completely 'jacked your thread?

There were quite good dreams of a guitar player and some cuddling. LiT left me a wonderful dream script in another thread. Sleep was interrupted by sister, who is still angry with me, texting me a message presumably of concern but really more a dig. I finally got up and sent some more resumes out. I'm convinced that they're going to an empty mailbox somewhere were employed people sit around laughing at them.

Speaking of dreams....... I imagine there is a boss somewhere who is dreaming of hiring someone JUST LIKE YOU.
I also think there is a very good man out there who dreams of a woman JUST LIKE YOU !

LBMM's dream for tonight. And this one should come true I so hope.

Tommorow she will be awakened from a deep, complete and pleasant slumber by a phone call from a employer looking for a person with just her special skill sets. Full Fringe Benefits including a horse or two of her own. Pay will be 4 times what she has been making. Job will also include hot and cold running men at her disposal to do with as she chooses.

Mind you this dream and it's coming true goes out to all the huzzies out there who are in similiar situations as she.

Would someone please dream up a world for me with all new farm equipment to work with so I don't have to keep fixing all this old junk. Would also like to have a unlimited supply of old LP tractors for my collection and the time to play OH I meant work on them.
