I fell off the wagon, folks.


I'm ammending the regimen. One a day, as long I eat all my vegetables for the day too.


You guys completely rock. And I'm actually getting to like coffee...

One a day with the goal of giving it up completely, of course. One a day down from, like 4 or five...managable goals. Not rationalizing at all.
