Is there a list without having to page through all that slide show? I don't have that kind of patience.
I think we're number 21. I'd like to see the list after California's government declares bankrupcy.

Interestingly higher ranked states don't have cities listed as most liveable (or best places to live) by Money Magazine. Austin ranked 2nd in the big city category nationally in 2006. Fort Worth has been in the top 10 as well. Round Rock (just outside Austin) is in the top 10 this year.

Was born in 31... grew up in 7... currently live in 27.... and want to move to... 18. And yes, I did like 7 the best so far, so maybe it's not too far off!

Indiana, where I was born and raised, and the state that I loathe to this day, came in 45th. That sounds about right.

#27 and love it. But then again I was born and raised here so I am a little prejudice. Little disapointed at the picture they had for us iowegians. It is of a activity that I enjoy but we are much more than old tractors here.

Are you anywhere near me? Cuz I'm a bit loathing this lovely state of yours. I think it's the fact that I keep having to chip my car out of blocks of ice in order to go to work.
