Hey, someone misread the group name...

Better prices on the airline websites. Funny thing...the fares seem to change.

Nope. Didn't misread the group name. I just don't stray out of CSC.
That's smart to do... main board insanity can be dangerous to the mind.

*sings* Price line negotiator! LoL

Don't know if they are actually cheaper, I just bought a round trip ticket to Hawaii from Expedia for a little over $500, that seemed like a pretty fair price to me. Just look around all the sites and compare prices. Northwest Airlines has always been the cheapest route for me when traveling to Oregon, you could try their website.

Nice. I'm gonna have that stuck in my head all day to day...

Don't you loooove to negotiate?

OH here's an even better one:

Tell me how you put those videos up! That was awesome.

To the right of every youtube video there are two codes. One is "URL" and the other is "EMBED".

1) Copy the "EMBED" code, and paste it into your message.

2) Hit "Submit Reply". If you look at the message it's still coding... BUT (here's the amazing trick)

3) Hit "EDIT POST"

4) Hit "SUBMIT REPLY" one more time. Yes, just submit it again.

And TA-DAH!!! You have an embedded video!

I have no idea how I figured that one out, but it works! Hooray!

The airlines always put their sales up on Friday. Your best prices will be for travel that is further out than two weeks.

Look in his index under travel. You can also subscribe to his Friday Flyer which is one of the best travel resources I have ever found - especially IF you are looking for travel deals to certain destinations and can leave at the drop of a hat. I traveled to France for 4 days for $250 round trip on one of his tips once but I had to leave the day I got the email notice. What a fun time that was.

I usually end up using Orbitz (orbitz dot com). They do pretty well and have reasonably comparable prices, I think.

OH haha I perhaps should also mention this: I am really really in the boonies of Iowa. the two airports I can use have service to only three airlines: American, United and Northwest. I need to escape. Where is my prince on a white horse to come steal me away from this grave?

You look like a smart group! I have a smart question!

How does one find the cheapest plane tickets? Any suggestions? Anyone? Hmm?
If southwest air flys out of your region, www.southwest.com You simply will not find lower fares.
