Alex is my mother's neighbors's little girl. She is probably 2 - 3 years old and has extremely serious problems with seizures. She just had one half of her brain removed (about a year ago) as a last resort to help treat her seizures. She was doing fine until recently, when her seizures began re-occurring. My mother says she is doing fine otherwise and seems to be a fairly happy and normal child when there are no seizures. Alex's present seizures are sending her into a catatonia-like state for brief periods. Please pray for healing and support for Alex and her family. Thanks, ladies and gents!

How scary this must be for her parents and confusing for the child. I pray for this child and for her family.

Thanks everybody. Her life is very precious and we want her to have every blessing and opportunity to have a healthy & fulfilling life. My Mom just adores Alex and her older sister (Abegail.)

Alex's condition stemmed from a stroke(s) she had while she was in her mother's womb.
