Check through Jeremiah and Ezekiel where the prophets are told by God that the sins of the fathers will no longer be accounted to the sons, but each man/woman will answer for himself.

We discussed this in depth before. It hurts, but the only one who can stand in the gap for any man or woman is Jesus Christ.

I don't understand completely what you mean by speaking for another, but he does let us intercede on behalf of another. We can pray for those who need help etc...
