This is away from here but the State Capital building in Austin is sublime. The granite rock it's made out of is divine to see at sunset.

1. nice weather, Patrizios on the patio, chilly weather Colvines both are great with a book!


2. Oh yup online is the perfect place! Also like to find little boutiques hidden in Southlake, Allen, and legacy


3. Local place Ghost Bar (lousy bar, great view)...not local, patio of a little french resturant in Laguna over looks the sea Or The Battery in Charleston SC


4. The Stockyards , a Ranger Game, Ft Worth Zoo!


5. Bear Creek Park or Lake Grapevine


6. CENTRAL MARKET or MARKET STREET


7.Mont Blanc and Waterman at high end jewelry stores


8. Again Charleston has a beautiful court house But so does Philadelphia- big domes and beautiful statues and carvings

A good book on the patio at Patrizio's sounds nice, Southern. I might check that out this weekend. Thanks for the suggestions.

1. Milano's in FW


2. The Artful Hand


3.My friend's backyard outside Cresson...it's on a cliff and watching the sunset or a storm roll in from the west is incredible!


4.The back of the FW Botanical Garden...lots of room to run and explore--you'd never know you're right next to I-30.


5. The FW Botanical Garden.


6. Whole Foods or Central Market


7. don't buy too many pens but I buy a pencil in almost every giftshop I go into. Museum giftshops are the best.


8. Tarrant Regional Water District admin offices
