I've been stuck in a plateau for a while (DISCOURAGING!) but I finally, FINALLY broke it.

I think the kicker was working out 5x/week instead of 4x/week and adding on another 15 minutes of cardio with each weight training/cardio workout.

Are you stuck on a plateau right now? What are you doing to try to break that discouraging pattern?

If you recently broke a plateau, how did YOU do it?

I changed what I was eating to different proteins and fruits. Switched up the days I worked out and didnt. Seemed to work this time.

I don't know if I plateau'd or not, but I do think I need to mix in some changes and improvements in both my exercise routine and my diet if I'm going to make further progress.
