I love my bellydancing and water aerobics classes the most, they go by really fast, I get a great aerobic and toning workout in both.

My least favorite thing is the elliptical and recumbant bike. I do 45 minutes total on those every time I do weight training (3x/week) and I swear it is SO boring it feels like 45 HOURS. lol

I think I need to get myself video ipod and download some good tv shows or something.

What exercises do you really love, and which do you hate? What do you folks do to make the blech exercises seem less blech?

My favorite is where I'm doing something like playing full court basketball. Since I'm doing something I'm enjoying then the time goes by faster.

I don't mind repetitive things such as an elliptical because I load up my MP3 player with enough songs to fill whatever time I'm going to exercise, and that helps.

I totally listen to tunes while I do my cardio but it still drags for me, probably b/c the time is sort of measured by songs which are pretty small increments of time, so it makes it feel slower.
