Do you have any healthy go-to snacks that save you from eating something you shouldn't when you're having a craving?

Mine is Barbara's Cinnamon Puffins cereal. 2 cups is only 100 calories and 6 grams of fiber and it is YUMMY and very filling. Makes for a great afternoon snack. They also have peanut butter flavor, but I have never tried it, I am very partial to cinnamon

How about you?

Depends on what I am craving. If I am craving sweets I might grab something like a handful of frozen grapes. If I am craving salt / fats I'll grab a round of Laughing Cow Babybel Light Cheese (50 calories, 6g protein, 0g carbs, 3 g fat)

For one of my planned meals I mix raisins with Wheat Thin cereal and eat it out of a bowl like you would chips. In other words I don't add milk. This also could serve as a good snack.

Quaker makes those 90 calorie oatmeal raisin bars that I think are very helpful when you get that craving for something to eat. It's light, but sometimes that is all you need to get you through.
