OK, usually I eat healthy foods obsessively, but today I was on a bender.... popcorn with butter, lemon sorbet, chocolate chocolate chip cookies (plural, says enough), black licorice, and it is only 3:37 in the afternoon. I finished the ice cream two days ago, or that woulda been a goner too.

Soooooo, anyone else have any weekend food binges they would like to confess to?

Anything remotely cheesy is hard to pass up. I have been known to go and buy different cheeses ... just to satisfy a cheese craving! I generally have only cheddar in my fridge.

Yep, cheese for dinner--I don't even bother with crackers... after all, they are only a vehicle to deliver the cheese, so I just use my fingers and gobble up the cheese. Going out to get jiffy pop for this afternoon to round out the weekend.

Almond croissant....yum.... I may have one of those for breakfast this week when I go out for tea!

Thanks for the ideas!

What on earth is 'jiffy pop'? Some kind of North American cheese?

It's carppy popcorn. Orville Reddenbacker's movie theater butter is much better.

Hmm - I'm guessing it is the microwave kind? I like popcorn I can buy at the movies, other than that I don't eat it much! We have a cleaning product call Jif and another one called Bam Off! ... you can see where my mind was going with jiffy pop!

Always have cheddar in the fridge. Usually the extra sharp variety.
There's a pub in town that makes cheesy fries - french fries with melted cheddar on top. Put some hot sauce on it and it's divine.
