first, just a gentle reminder to keep things clean....er in the Group. I'm glad you guys like it here and i do too, and keeping this group open is important.

secondly, I've been thinking that we really could use some fresh blood in here, and that regular EHa members might be a little reluctant to post here because of what they think this group is about.

now, we have a million hair-no-hair threads, but we've actually had some good threads on some more serious topics too. maybe if we bumped those up and if you guys can help me start some new ones, we can be more than the potty-mouths in the Sex Group.

I mean, the virginity thread on the main board ended at 35 some pages and ours here... maybe 3? I'd love it if we can get some new members to post and get some good conversation going.

sooo, help me out?

Okay, but part of the problem is that most LTAS-ers *like* sex, and are in general agreement about it being positive (or so it seems). So, there's a little less inherent conflict in here to milk, ya know?

Which threads do you think are "good," by the way? I thought the different tips for men/women, the virginity thread, and the kink thread I posted were "good" (interesting, useful, productive, etc.) but is that not what you're looking for? The ones on frequency/recovery time & ED were also useful, IMHO. Yes? No?

One factor is that there is simply a lot more 'traffic' out on the main boards.

I will be happy to reach out to others but, to many individuals are not comfortable expressing themsleves concerning sexuality or personal sexual experiences.

i know. I'd like to see more traffic here, and for LTAS to be a place where the mods can comfortably move threads inappropriate for the main boards.

yes, those are all good threads, and i'd like to see more of them. It's important that we remember that
we here are still under the rules of EH and more eyes than Lori's (like her supervisors) are on here. we really need to prove this is a productive helpful group that is an asset to EHA.

I think it's possible to talk about sex without revealing personal information.

but if you guys see a thread or question on the main boards that you think would be good here, feel free to direct them here.

There are a few more people on the main boards who hold a less open mind to the issues discussed here.

I know I'll try to direct people here when appropriate and I'll move threads here.

I'm also going to bring up something to Lori about promoting groups on the main boards. Some people have no idea they exist.

I know that. I guess what I'd like to see is a wider range of positions (harhar) and opinions on topics here. and to make it more welcoming to people who may be a little scared to post here due to rumors that we are all a bunch of pre-verts. ( we are, but that's besides the point)
