At my last doctor appt, she remarked how nursing homes are going to be full of women with perky breasts and botoxed wrinkles, and men with V.iag.ra, but no one will remember what to do with them.....

Funny doc, she is!

When I think about old couple having sex I don't think "ewwww" and I never have, not even when I was young. I think that they are very lucky indeed, still keeping it going. We'll all get old whether we want it or not and I bet you that when you get there, you'll still be having sex and you'll enjoy it as much, if not more, as you did when younger.

You are all younger than me so you probably consider me old (56) but I can assure you that there's a difference depending on how well you keep in shape. I work my arse off at the gym at least 4 - 5 times a week, I bike everywhere (don't even own a car) and keep a healthy weight. And regarding sex, I've had men younger than me and men my own age that don't have the stamina I have.

Sex is only getting better the older you get. You have no inhibitions or insecurities any longer, you know and appreciate yourself and your body and can open up and give yourself completely without being embarrassed, you can make a fool of yourself in bed and laugh about it and I intend to keep going like that until I take my last breath.

Sofie.. I hope I am in as good as shape as you are, when I am your age.. Which by the way is not old to me.

When I hear 'old people' sex I think of people my grandma's age (96) or J Howard Marshall (104) I can only be so lucky to be having play time at that age.
