I'm Alpha Female, my ex-BF Alpha Male, took time for both of us to be submissive but as we trusted each other we learned to enjoy it.

MMMmmmmmm Yummy question!!
Trust is vital especially in the submissive role. For me it was very mentally stimulating because your secondary sences ( hearing and smell ) had to make up for my 2 primary sences ( touch and sight ) being taken out of the equation. Very erotic. Thanks D lion for the fond trip down memory lane.

The original post is even making me feel squishy inside, so I guess that means its psychological

I think most people that are dominant in their daily life would welcome an opportunity to let go and relinquish control for a while.

I heard a great quote years ago about this " only when you can give yourself over completely to someone can you truly be free"
