I typically observe it by feeling badly for the people born on February 29th.

But this year I would like to make a change...let's say, observing it by candlelight during a romantic dinner. Naked.

Hm, there could be a complication in planning such a leap date. Actually every year is 365 days and almost 6 hours. Is it appropriate to ignore accrual over 4 years?

I whent through the registration process before I realised this wotsit was started in Ocober but what the hell.
Me and my beautiful wife were both born in a leap year and 32 years later we ar still playing naked leap frog, it's nothing to do with years it's about love devotion and living for each other even when you feel like you hate each other, because it all comes back to you if you give it chance .
