Not sure why it's any different than 2010 (lol!) but so far 2011 is feeling GOOD so far.

Or maybe I'm just a little too into New Years?

How is YOUR year going so far? Any predictions about 2011 for yourself?

Most of the snow has melted. (Photo below for sunny-placed people.)

I picked up a fine Scotch today.

I'd like to say that my year is going fantastic. But it seems that 2010 has followed me into 2011......
I am really hoping that this year will be a lot better than the last. I am working on resolving the issues that remain from last year, and feel very positive about the year to come!
Happy 2011!

PS D_Lion, where do you live? Looks alot like where I live. LOL

It's going to be tough to beat 2010, but I'm willing to try.

Yesterday marked exactly 6 months until my birthday, so I decided to embark on a "40 pounds by 40!" campaign. Ambitious? Yes. But, doable. I have a plan, and am already working on it.
I hesitated to put it out there, lest I fail to achieve this goal, but they say the best way to ensure success is to make others aware of your plans, to keep yourself accountable.

Along the way, if I find love in 2011, then great. But, I've got something else to focus on for a while...

I recently received the name of a good career coach, so that I can make a decision professionally. After 4 1/2 yrs in my job I'm thinking it's time for a move. I've learned what I can learn here.

I am going to work every day to not be so hard on myself for mistakes (in all aspects of my life), because when I can accept and love myself I will be open to receiving love.

And my gut tells me that I'm going to have a good year, because I'm open to possibilities.
