I saw that article too, what is sad is the level of stress we seem to accept as normal in this country. It doesn't seem to make us any more productive and no happier than our counterparts. I think we went overboard with the idea that we weren't equal if we weren't better, faster, smarter and harder working than men. We lost the idea of 50/50.

We have too much stress in this country period and now they are finding out how bad stress is on our cells. It causes premature aging, grey hair, and lowers our immune system. The western world is spreading this disease of stress throughout the planet. We kill ourselves in the name of consumerism. I am always amazed at how unhappy people are here in Hawaii, arguably one of the best places to live on earth (okay the Norwegians will disagree with this I know). We have to re-evaluate our need for the best cars and fancy houses (good grief why do we need such huge houses for two or three people?). We are killing ourselves. Some of the happiest people I have ever known are those with very little.
