I do not expect you to take my stats as proven fact, since I did not provide you a password for client confidential files.

At some point someone requested stats and I provided the tally from my office. I am sorry if the stats have apparently shocked you into disbelief.

However, if you would like to go to court to settle this dispute, I would be happy to oblige.
for all we know, you work at a dry cleaners. so your stats are... not stats.

For all we know, you work at a women's advocacy center where your job is to generate and propagate myths about the allegedly rampant abuse of women by every other guy walking down the street.

BTW, your logic about my stats not being stats, because you said so or because they have not been tested and substantiated (in a court of law presumably), is faulty.

How much of what you have posted about yourself in your profile and in your various posts has been proven to be factually correct, accurate, and a true rendering of your genuine opinion to the members on this site?

Ever notice that if you read the word "stats" over and over and over again it starts to look like....not a word anymore? Just a random collection of letters.....

I guess even the “good women” have such a mental block to the possibility of there being a lot of very bad women out there abusing the judicial system, that they don’t understand that these bad seeds are ruining it for them too. I am not a woman hater. I am simply doing my part to attain justice for my clients in an incredibly biased family court system. This thread was originally entitled “For Smart Women ONLY”, so I did have some hope that the women reading this particular thread would be smart enough to understand the underlying issues (and the potential effect on their own situation), and not focus on trying to debunk stats that I had provided in good faith. I mean, here we have Scarlet still apparently not understanding that I can have statistics of case files from the cases I’ve personally handled and still not be able to provide her a link to a public web site that does not, and cannot, exist. To Scarlet, this notion is in conflict, when in reality it is not in conflict. Maybe, this discussion needed to be posted in a “For Smarter than Smart Women” thread?

I know the IQ levels of a couple of women here, and the backgrounds and experiences of more. They are smart women. They just don't happen to agree with you.

As far as the stats go, it's still not a random sampling of the population. It's a study of a group that, by definition, is unable to maintain a healthy relationship. You can't extrapolate from that and insinuate that it mirrors the average couple.

I know it goes on. but i know the reverse happens too.

and since he can't prove his statistics, I'll have to continue to believe what i see with my very own eyes, and from my experience.
