I know, that sounds sorta weird.

But I do. I wear Super Hero colors when I work out, and I picture myself as a Super Hero.

I'll wear red shorts with a blue shirt. I'm Superman!

I'll wear a burnt-orange shirt with blue shorts, with a burnt-orange stripe. I'm a Longhorn!

When I do my reps, I pretend I'm lifting a heavy weight off someone, or defending myself against an attack.

When I run, there's a charging beast behind me. Or there's a cliff or a river ahead that I must -- I must -- reach.

Sometimes I'm a slave gladiator, preparing for a deathmatch, and my master is screaming behind me, whipping me from her chariot.

Perhaps I should've left that last one out. She's hot, by the way, a veritable Roman goddess.

These are my workouts. All the while listening to Pink sing her latest girl-rock song on the gym speakers.

LOL! I've always wondered what men were thinking when they are quiet and now I got a glimpse. I NEVER would have guessed! Wow. Not in a million years.

And nope, I don't do the super hero thing. Maybe I should. Sounds like it would get you the gym more often.

I wonder whatever happened to Underoos?

ROFL! Hilarious Saul! No, I don't pretend I'm a Super-Hero, but I do have little mental imaginations happening. But I am not brave enough to share ... or do I mean scare? LOL

Why the blue shorts?? Burnt orange does not match with blue. It is fine with blue jeans but not shorts at the gym. I do not know how you have survived in Dallas and not have known this. Burnt orange goes with white, brown, black, khaki and blue jeans that is it.

Wow and I thought I was bad when it came to matching!

Signed,
Miss Match

BTW Saul, your OP made me LOL

As for me as long as I mostly match I feel ok working out in whatever at the gym. I try not to sweat it, since I'll be doing so much sweating on it anyway and I'm only wearing it for a couple of hours, max lol
