What kind of milk do you drink?

I prefer 1% ultra-pasteurized myself.

Whole milk is a no-no...tastes like cream. Too thick and heavy.

While I love edemame beans and low-sodium soy sauce with my sushi, I'm not brave enough to try soy milk.

For some reason, I think it may be stinky, no?

Skim milk...if in a restaurant it usually seems to be whole milk.

I just gradually switched to skim...started on whole...2%...1%...then skim.

Definitely can taste the difference when I get anything more than skim now .

I typically go for the 1 % but am not picky.

Sometimes the decision is made based on price or expiration date.
