I did a quick facebook page, and that damned thing started digging up friends of friends of friends of friends. It dug into my yahoo account, got my ex-wife's email address, which I guess she uses for her facebook page, and now I'm getting all of HER friends.

Like, her boyfriend and his parents, and our old neighbors.

baerweafsdfer? That's my creepy sound, like when you find a spider at the bottom of your soft drink.

After you drank it.

alskdjf lkajbasdf! That's the sound after you sleep with a girl.

Who used to be a man.

I'm about to delete that facebook thing.

Facebook's the devil, man. It's a worm, and virus, and a snoopy spyware!

I seriously feel like I've been exposed. How do you people do it, without feeling all creepy?

Saul.. I guess you wont be getting a twitter account anytime soon!

I'm not a fan of either of them.

I keep it to just female friends I actually know. Not something that I would necessarily share with anyone I was interested in dating. Now if my first love ever showed up I might be tempted, nah.

Why, is twitter worse? I've never even logged into twitter. I hear they don't use long sentences, and I'm pretty verbose.

All the friends of your friends see your book page. It may be private, but your name and avatar pic show up.

And if you post to your friend's page, saying, "Hey, girl, wuzzup!" and then give some details, any of HER friends can read it, and any of their friends can read it.

waahwhah. It's just creepy. I mean, posting on here, where you're more or less anonymous, that's cool, but facebook actively roots around on your computer, digs into your address books, publishes it, and invites everyone it finds to join.

Creepy that so many people actually have signed up for it.

I'm not that up on it to speak in detail. but from what I know it's like updating your status on your profile but with an instant message going out to all your friends. You can follow friends or celebrities etc..

So if your following Paris Hilton and she goes to the bathroom and "tweets".. Hey I'm in the bathroom.. everyone knows about in 3 seconds!

I got tired of never being able to catch the rainbow in My Little Green Patch & My Little Blue Cove and begging people to gift me some Safari animals to raise money for nets.
Besides I think cyberstalking is a bit impersonal...if you want to find out how boring my life is...hide behind the bushes and peer through my window like the old days..jeez we have gotten so lazy!

Personally i love facebook. i have all my privacy settings as tight as a virgins....y'know....legs...(ok ok that's not the first thing i was thinking but i'm trying to stay pg here). i've been able to reconnect with old friends i knew as a child. people i really really missed and regretted losing touch with when my family moved cross-country (when i was 15 and had no say in the matter). i've never really found it to be terribly invasive where my privacy is concerned. the only thing you have to remember with such a site is that yes, others can read what you post on your friends walls. so you wouldn't want to put in anything they may not want someone else reading. but that's just common sense isn't it.
