....what would you choose?

I saw Watchmen this weekend (it's pretty good!) and was enthralled withall ofDr. Manhattan's specialpowers.

I would love to be able to teleport anywhere. I'd get to see my family a lot more if I didn't have to negotiate 3000 miles regular-human style.

What about you?

Superpowers. Hm . . . I think it would be fantastic if I could just look at a pile of ingredients and have them miraculously turn into something edible. My own efforts in that department are very poor. Is there such a thing as super-cooking?

If I had to choose a real superpower, I think I would like to be able to disappear. Invisibility would be very nifty.

Wow, so many to choose from. I am very "up" on all the super powers that be, having a little boy running around...

One of my favorites is Wolverine. Just to be able to regenarate health would be pretty awesome. Perhaps my back and ankles would stop hurting.

Jean Grey, or The Phoenix, is also pretty powerful. Turning someone to dust just by thinking about it would be pretty handy at times.

But I think the best would be Rogue. All she has to do is touch you, and she now has your powers. So by being Rogue, you can do anything!

If I am to choose a "super-human power".....it is forgiveness, for the blessings are great.

That scene in one of the Superman movies (Christopher Reeve) where Superman freezes the water, cracks it away from the ground and then flies the ice to a fire and as it falls, it melts and rains out the fire. I wish we could put out bushfires like that ...

That power from the Adam Sandler movie (???) where he gives his girlfriend the "Big Amazing O" just by thinking about it ...oh, man, I could have so much fun with that one. =)
