Every morning a bird stops by my window to "talk." It's so cute! I love to hear her talk. What about you?

The smell of fresh cut grass.

The smell of the air after the very first snowfall of the year.

On a very hot summer day, we can get a very short shower just to cool things off a bit. It will only last for about half an hour and then the sun comes out again. I love thesmell of the air after these kinds of showers.

Really early, just before daylight, I sometimes see the wild rabbits playing.

On winter days, I love those moments when I can feel the sun's warmth on my face.

In private, I enjoy singing with or without my favorite songs playing.

Who is next to share some things that make us happy?

My most recent one - eating ice cream at picnic tables outside the ice cream store (we may or may not have had an unseasonable warm day in Michigan yesterday).

Today so far - hearing the sounds of the first lawn mowers (spring), spring breezes and a blue sky, petting my dog, cup of hot tea.

The sliver crescent moon and the accompanying bright star that appeared in a clear sky last week.

Robins: their song; oh, everything about the robins.

Seeing a tiny nest, long abandonned, in the naked branches of a tree.

Young fathers being fatherly to their small children.
