Water and a multi vitamin. When I am out drinking I drink as much water as I can after or between drinks.

Eat red meat before drinking, the protein helps. Also try drinking a large glass of milk.

Try to drink a lot of water during the day before you start drinking. This will lessen the hangover, if you even wind up having one. I don't typically have hangovers, but the next day I usually force myself to eat a large breakfast of eggs and bacon with toast and plenty of coffee. It's rough going down, but it makes my stomach feel better and gives me the energy to be rowdy once again!Drinking plenty of water the following day will help as well. I haven't personally tried them, but there are some products on the market now that are supposed to help with hangovers too.

Two asprin, a multi-vitaminand a very LARGE glass of water after you get "home" and before you crash. THIS REMEDY ALWAYS WORKS!!!

An ounce of prevention is worth a TON of cure!
