Great summary!


Let me add the problem with the homepage display ofquotes from most recent posts. The quotes no longer include the name of the poster and, when you click through, you go to the beginning of the thread instead of to the quoted post (e.g., if the post in on page 5, you will still be taken to the top of the thread on page 1). This problem showed up a few weeks ago.

I don't suppose there's any ETA on any of these issues (particularly the Friends Request issue)? I don't want to rush or anything, but as I've said before, if I can provide any information that will help the process, I'd be more than happy to.

Just to let you know the problem still persists in the deletion of ALL my Photos within my albums when I deleted 2 videos that didn't work.


I'm wondering if I Upload new videos first and then reload my photos in the Albums will work??

Not only is there a group join duplication....I'm a member of the Hottea!!! Room 11 times over....there is no way on that group to leave.

neadc, thanks for that add, I edited the original post to include that and have messaged tech to see what happened there.


Tantalus, we are still working on fixing/testing the Friending issue so it was not ready for tonight's release, but it should be ready for the next one (mid-January).


Linda, we know the problem still persists (per my list above); however we believe that will be fixed with tonight's release! You can defintiely tryadding video first,but I suggest you wait until after I update the system status thread in Using eHarmony to say it's been fixed.


littlebluemonkeymind, we were a bit behind in the moderation queue because of the holidays -- are you sure they weren't just slow to be added to the site? And that there was nothing in the posts which would have caused them to not be approved? I assume not but wanted to check.


MarthaK, thanks for that detail, I added it to the list above. I did a test on leaving the Hottea room and I could see and successfully use the "Leave Group" feature, so that seems to be an intermittent issue. I can remove you if you want, just PM me.

I think JJ5 is describing a problem that shows up in other situations. Many times, after editing a post and submitting it, or after writing a PM, or at other times when I do something, when I'm done, the next page up is a thread I've recently been on (maybe even the last thread) -- so this happens at other points as well. It seems Pringo doesn't always keep track of where you are and updates that pointer so you get the page you should.

One bug that is a major pain for me, with a learning disability, is that when I respond to a post or make a new post, the spellcheck on Firefox is somehow always turned off by defualt and I have to enable it -- and then it doesn't always work!
