I harbor a dream to own and run my own coffee shop. In fact, I am slowly looking into what it will take to make the dream a reality. Might be some good stimulus money out there for such a venture.

You might be right!!!!

It would be great if you could come up with some sort of a niche. Like, maybe your shop has a ton of self-help books that patrons could borrow to read while they're there, and has an overall theme of "empowerment". OR, maybe there's an area that's sectioned off for kids, with toys, so Moms could come and congregate (and drink lots of coffee )

If you can do something to set yourself apart you increase your chances of landing seed capital exponentially as long as you also have a solid business plan.

If I wasn't involved with technology on the support side of things I would likely to into sales. I have been told in that past that I would be good at sales, not sure if that is true or not, but being that I do enjoy talking and I do enjoy talking about technology I think that I would be good at working sales for a technology company. The only problem is, it is very difficult to get a good job with most technology companies in a sales position without having done sales before (I did retail but that doesn't really count) and I do not want to end up in a call center job or something like that first doing telemarketing or sales over the phone, so likely I will never do sales.

My dream job is football coach. Probably wouldn't want to coach pro...prefer high school or college. I have coached youth league, and that was tons of fun. Most places you can't be a head coach at the high school level unless you're full-time faculty.

Acting. Not for the fame or fortune. Just because it is something I always enjoyed.

I've always wanted to own a coffee/book store. I'd go back to waiting tables simply to engage and connect w/ others; I always loved sitting w/ people and hearing their life stories. I'm very social and I'd also love to be able to support myself playing cards...same thing, listening to and hearing who others are, where the've been, the ups and downs, the sorrow and joy along their journey.

I'd love to have the kind of indepenence and freedom where my time is my own, yet I enjoy what I do now...I love their life stories, as they research, explore, discover who they are.

I always thought it would be fun to be a lawyer...mostly b/c I enjoy the progression of a life story line. It moves me and turns me on. The public speaking part of this would be way out of my comfort zone and a challenge for me.

Being a personal trainer would be cool...meeting lots of people, getting paid to work out and play, while encouraging and supporting health. Problem is this job would kill me at my current "fitness" level. Fortunately, I have former students who are personal trainers and are awesome. I call it karma...b/c they now enjoy kickin my sorry azz, a little too much if you ask me.

I want to be exploring the rainforest in search of new philodendron species. I'd also like to travel the world and collect rock and mineral specimens. Finally, I'd like to illustrate children's books.
