Music
I listen to literally anything as this is the subject I teach and it's hard to separate pleasure from work, not that this is hard work. But my all-time favorites include the Beatles, Jethro Tull, the Doors, the Who
TV Shows
Law & Order, CSI, NCIS (prefer the originals, not the spin-offs), Leverage, South Park, the late 50s-60s reruns on Nick At Night, Forensic Files, some programs on the History Channel (especially early history and speculation)
Movies
Depends on my mood, but I like action, comedies, some dramas, historical fiction, some fantasy/sci fi. Also depends on who is starring, some people I will not watch even though critics and others may think they are very talented.
Books
Again a wide range of favorites, but as an attempt: Auel's Clan of the Cave Bear series, John Grisham, most Stephen King (don't much care for the Dark Tower series, but his scary stuff--The Stand is my favorite of his, but his new one, Under the Dome, is pretty good)
