Music
I love all types of music - but I listen to country mostly: Tim McGraw, Vince Gill, George Strait, Michael Montgomery, Keith Urban, Sara Evans, BUT also Sting, Creed, the Beatles, the Corrs, the Alan Parsons Project, Eric Clapton, the Beach Boys, Santana, Paul Oakenfold, Bob James, Michelle Branch, John Mayer, Howie Day, Jack Johnson. I like a lot of stuff- and I try to be open to new sounds... Riding around with my kids I HAVE to be open to a wide variety. I've learned that music is like people and cultures... It's is way too rich and amorphous(sp?) to say you don't like this or that genre... and yes... that's a pet peeve. Come-on people loosen up! Don't tell me that "you can't stand country or rap music!" Open your ears - beautiful sounds out there! And even if it doesn't sound beautiful listen to the words - the ideas. Connect!

Quotes
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~ Samuel Clements
