I have been described by my friends as a bon vivant about life. I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. I have 5 children of which 2 are still in visitation status every other weekend. I have been on internet dating sites off and on for 5 years and have had two wonderful relationships one lasting a year and a second lasting 2 years. I have had my heart broken several times but I keep bouncing back. I am concerned that my latest version of my profile is not up to snuff and while I get a lot of matches I don't seem to get anyone to want to communicate with me. I have also had some nasty surprises by women who don't post a photo and turn out completely different than they protrayed themselves. I try to do the "eHarmony Way" of looking beyond the photo but have been badly burned by women with alternate agendas.

Marshall Crenshaw, Chris Rea, U2, Semisonic, Coldplay, Killers, Fray, Erci Clapton and Bon Jovi are just a few of the bands and artists I enjoy. I also like all forms of rock n roll including oldies to modern, country, classical and pop. I do not care for rap for a variety of reasons.

NFL Football, Closer, Amazing Grace but mostly watch DVD movies.

Last of Mohicans, Saving Private Ryan, Love Actually, The Reader, Taken, The Wrestler, Must Love Dogs and 4 Weddings and a Funeral are just a few of my favorites. From Action to Drama to Chick Flicks I enjoy them all. Some of the kid comedies today I don't find funny but there are some good ones also.
