How do you juggle time with your special needs child and find time for dating as well? My ex does not have any contact with my child and it is just me and my daughter.

Hi, OkieMom...

For me, its been a bit challenging to find time to date, be in a relationship. My ex has my kids a couple of days a week, so that helps...A LOT!

Do you have family or friends that could watch your child 1/2 evenings a week? Even if you don't go on a date, I feel that time is vital, it keeps you fresh as a parent and allows you to connect with yourself and interests...

Better yet, find a good reliable sitter...is that possible for you?
