Tofurkey... I have two vegetarian daughters. Sigh, then lots of traditional stuff... garlic mashed potatoes, squash, sauteed mushrooms, pumpkin cranberry bread.

Pumpkin pie for dessert. No one asks about dairy and I do not tell.....

Get those small pumpkins, about 6" across. Cut top off. Scoop seeds/strings out. Put some gruyere and some mascarpone cheese inside. Add some fresh sage. Add some salt and pepper. Put top back on. Bake.

YUM! Also a fun food to eat. And looks great on the table.
