I've been told that 99% of the time big yellow kitties are boys and in 99% of the time Calico cats are girls.

I think the big boy just wants to expand his domain. And Faira's kittycats are telling him to get lost !
Bonnie's a big yellow kitty.......

But yes, Faira, your cats are just telling that kitty to GO AWAY!

Ah fino! I would expect no less from your unique little zoo or you!

Exceptions and exceptional is your trademark.

Btw, is Bonnie completely yellow? No white patches of fur?

Yes, I've had this happen with my cats too. If they see another kitty {ahem} "mark" their territory they will interpret this as hostile and start wailing. It sounds unearthly, doesn't it?

Maybe your female cat is attempting to communicate to the Tomcat -- in musical form -- "I'm just not that into you." >'-'<

One solution is to wait until the Tomcat figures it out and just goes away. Or you could do what I do and just adopt him. Then your current wailing problem will seem minor compared to the commotion you'll have with three cats.

Both of mine are boys and have had the operation...they still sometimes spray and the twenty pounder guards the yard and parts of the neighborhood. I know his scream anywhere. I usually just yell HEY!!!! Percy! Git over here! And then he comes back with his tail puffed out and looking like he weighs fifty pounds! He's funny and dangerous, but really sweet. I break it up cause I'm not interested in Vet bills for abscessed wounds.
That orange cat is evil - they know! hahaha
