I think you should start a Cult of Fufe amongst the wildlife and other'ns out there. In the darkness you can spin them stories of the delights of having a Fufe and their amazing powers and special properties. Of how they live in a distant and hot land where it isn't quite so dark. You can draw symbols in the snow and carve in ice... great dedications of art to the Fufe.

And make it pretty. The Fufe likes pretty things.

And before you know it... you'll be one your way back... and then the CoF will spread and grow in lore and legend... it can be done!
