Wouldn't be my first choice. Would depend a great deal on the individual circumstances.

But this guy...this guy becomes legally entangled with a woman he's not married to, hasn't known long. That, to me, speaks of poor judgment all around. Then, when the whatever ends, he's living in the same house with her and expecting all new women to just accept that as unchangeable circumstances. It's just not the case. They could sell the property and both walk away free (albeit perhaps not with a profit in this market). I'd be more concerned about him making the decision in the first place. But, if he wanted out, he'd be out.

Exactly, if I were my friend, I'd be concerned about his impulsive decision-making than the ex- upstairs. Or, maybe not. Both would concern me. At this point, he's just someone fun to hang with, but I told her to be careful...

haven't heard about an ex, or raccoons, or even ex-raccoons in my attic, but i have been told i have bats in my belfry... what's up with that??? i have never even owned a house with a belfry...
